I always stay here for a get away weekend. David at the front desk is awesome. I thrive on customer service and he brings it. My issue is always the Living Room Bar. One weekend I was double charged by accident. This past weekend I was told I couldn’t order food at the bar. Which is very crazy when you have a menu at the bar with food. Had to take business else where for food and drinks. Customer service from the night manager Jerimiah excellent. Great team that deals with problem solving.

Our stay at W was just amazing!!! The staff provided implacable service, from check in to check out. They upgraded our room for no additional cost and generally were very personable and polite. The amenities were top-notch, making it a truly memorable experience. I highly recommend this hotel for a remarkable stay. We loved our room and just an experience overall. Huge thank you for a hydration station on the morning of January, 1st!!

Enjoyed an evening here just before New Years. Excellent attention on check-in and followup throughout the evening by the staff. One comment, we had drinks in the bar and had a staff member come by, take our order and credit card, and then forget about it. That was the only time during about 90 minutes that anyone gave us any service on the terrace. The bar seems to need better/more service staff. The room was great, complete with a glass shower in the middle of the room!

We had nice relaxing stay in this hotel, even my cat enjoyed it too! the staff are helpful, friendly and professional. They upgraded our room, to a higher floor with amazing view.. We order many food from the unlimited options around the hotel. The hotel location is perfect in the middle of downtown Bellevue. Unfortunately there was no swimming pool in this W hotel. But they told me we can use the swimming pool in the other W hotel (about a block away) After we got to the hotel they told me they are not allowing guest from this hotel to use the swimming pool in the other W (my children were bummed).

The location is great, close to lots of great restaurants & it's generally very modern...but the functionality of the room is a bit strange. The shower is in the middle of the room, so if you're travelling with someone else you'll have to close the sliding door & no one can leave the room 😬 Also, there's no main light switch near the beds so you'll have to walk to the main door to switch off the lights 🤷‍♀️

The rooms are really nice. And of course, it's connected to the mall. The mall has a really nice theater. But the bar don't go to the bar at the w. My bartender had to google every single drink and they all came out wrong. I asked for a duck fart. It's a old school drink too ingredients pretty simple comes in a shot glass. She comes back with this big, tall glass. All of our drinks were nasty. But the rooms are nice. The valley is convenient and they have a pretty decent kitchen.

Room was extremely dirty. We had a fairly large suite (two rooms). Stains everywhere - nothing had been wiped down (bathroom counters, nightstands, ledge behind couch, counters in living space). There was something all over the wall in one of the bathrooms. I had to clean this all myself. Definitely a party hotel so if you are coming for work I wouldn’t stay here. One evening getting back from a work dinner I found a 45 year old man passed out by the elevators. Not necessarily a relaxing experience. Check in desk is next to a club essentially. The poor front desk staff have to yell so that you can hear them (it’s super awkward ). Locations is great and service was good as well (minus housekeeping).

the room was clean, the staff friendly. i became a member for the free better WiFi, it was impossible to get the connection to the better WiFi. i went to the reception 3 times for help, but there was no one who really knew whats wrong. while 3 staff members were talking to me, a manager came to desk on the computer, he heard that my problem was not solved and he did not even interact with me, this is a missed opportunity. we all know how important WiFi these days. so working for me was pretty hard in the hotel
